01 - NOTE

 

During promotional offers and seasonal sale, the dispatch process can take up to 3 business days.

 

All countries outside the EU (UK included) may be subject to local taxes and duties. These are not included in the final price. Any imposed customs fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery of the goods.

 

 

02 - DELIVERY TIME

 

We process orders in Italy, from Monday to Friday.

Orders are dispatched on the same or next business day.

Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or on public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

Once shipped, the delivery time of packages may vary depending on the destination country. Delivery for shipments addressed to:

 

02A - Italy: approximately 1-2 working days (excluding the Italian islands which may take 2-3 working days);

 

02B - European Union: approximately 2-3 working days;

 

02C - Rest of the World: approximately 4-5 working days.
