01 - IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE RETURNING
Just-Cold accepts returns if items follow all of these guidelines:
14-day returns
Unworn
Unwashed
Undamaged
With all tags included
With original packaging
Just-Cold does not cover the return shipping cost.
Non–European orders are only eligible for returns with the Just-Cold return shipping label. Once your return request has been accepted, an email with the instructions will be sent.
Items shipped to a pick–up location will not be accounted for and will therefore be sent back.
02 - HOW OUR RETURN CENTER WORKS FOR EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS
02A - Through our return center, you can ask for exchanges, refunds or store credits. Once approved, an email will be sent with the instructions to follow.
02B - We will be ready to accept your returned items. When the order has been delivered to us, items will be checked by our quality control team for the final approval.
02C - Once the return has been approved, you will receive a final email confirming the solution for the return.
03 - HOW OUR RETURN CENTER WORKS FOR NON-EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS
03A - Through our return center, you can ask for exchanges, refunds or store credits. Once approved, an email will be sent with the instructions to follow.
03B - You will have to buy a DHL return shipping label: here. When the order is processed you will receive an email with the label and the packing instructions.
03C - Now we will be ready to receive your returned items. When the package has been delivered to us, the items will be checked by our quality control team for final approval.
03D - Once the return has been approved, you will receive a final email confirming the solution for the return.
