RETURN YOUR ORDER
We offer a collection service to all customers for product(s) you wish to return.
To return a product, please contact our Client Service at clientservice@just-cold.com or through our Contact page, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
You will receive an email confirming your return request, along with a prepaid return shipping label.
Please follow the instructions below to return the product(s) to our warehouse:
01 - Wrap the Products you wish to return or exchange safely to avoid damage; Place them in their original package, if any, and then inside the shipping box in which you received your order;
02 - Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the box, on top of the original label, and seal the box securely.
03 - Visit the carrier website or contact the Client Service to arrange for collection. Alternatively, you may drop the box to the nearest carrier drop-off location.
Please note that Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from your request for return or exchange.
Returns must be shipped from the same country to which they were delivered.
You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed.
If your return does not meet the conditions stated above, we will send it back to you.
